Agency Web Design That Feels Human: PSDM Case Study

How we designed PSDMs marketing agency website to feel like a partner, not a pitch deck, for founder led brands burned out on generic dark templates.

PSDM sells calm to people who are out of it. Their clients are founders juggling live selling, creator deals, content calendars, and ad accounts across vendors that do not talk to each other. The website could not open with "we are a full service agency." It had to open with recognition.

Premium without the performance theater

We built a dark red and gold brand system with custom local fonts, a split hero with autoplay video, and scroll driven storytelling powered by Lenis. The motion is intentional: sections reveal as you move, case studies breathe, testimonials feel like proof instead of decoration.

The PSDM homepage leads with empathy and operational depth, not a generic services grid.

Pain point cards name the real problems: scattered marketing, founder burnout, creators who ghost, ad spend with no reporting rhythm. Each service line, livestreaming, social, content, KOL, paid ads, gets its own section with outcomes, not feature lists.

Conversion that does not feel like a trap

The Book a Call wizard is four steps with a visible progress bar. We capture role, primary channel, budget range, and timeline. Copy throughout frames the call as a consultation, not a closers room. That tone match matters: PSDM's brand promise is partnership. A aggressive popup would undo it.

Behind the scenes, leads land in an admin dashboard. Transactional email flows via Resend confirm submissions. Privacy and terms pages are built in, not linked out to a PDF nobody reads.

The chat assistant as a night shift strategist

The AI chat widget is trained on PSDM's actual offerings. Starter prompts nudge visitors toward the service that fits: livestream setup, creator partnerships, ad account structure. It answers FAQs at 11 p.m. when no account manager is awake, and routes serious leads to booking when the conversation warrants it.

Agency sites fail when they look like they were built for agencies. PSDM needed to look like it was built for the founder staring at three dashboards and one empty content calendar.

PSDM is live with demo video, mobile layouts, and social integration across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. If your agency or consultancy sells trust before tactics, the lesson is simple: design for the emotional state your buyer is in when they land, then give them a path forward that respects it.
