From problem to solution

What needed to change

The original site used generic theme colors, buried the "since 1885" trust story, and forced buyers through six levels of navigation. Featured products showed line drawings with no clear path by industry. Lighthouse scored 41 on mobile and 59 on desktop. Several products displayed $0.00 pricing publicly, undermining buyer confidence.

How we solved it

We applied an approved navy, orange, and off white palette; restructured the homepage around trust, industry entry points, and catalog discovery; simplified navigation with mega menus and industry landing pages; and rebuilt the experience in Next.js with optimized assets, skeleton loading states, and clearer CTAs throughout.

DeBrovys is an industrial tarp manufacturer serving truck operators, waste management fleets, and fabrication buyers since 1885. Their BigCommerce storefront had deep product data but read like a generic parts store, weak branding, buried trust signals, confusing navigation, and poor Lighthouse scores. We audited the live site, defined a new industrial design system, and rebuilt the storefront on Next.js.
